Skatepark Waiver And Release Of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the Town Of Lenox Skatepark or related events and activities, we require that you sign the following form.

FEES for the Town of Lenox residents are as follows:
$2.00 daily pass (wristband)
$75.00 season pass (photo ID)

FEES for NON-Residents are as follows:
$3.00 daily pass (wristband)
$90.00 season pass (photo ID)

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

Season Opens April 15 - October 31
Weather Permitting Applies Daily

HOURS are 3:00pm - 7:00 School days
12:00pm - 7:00 weekends and summer days

MANDATORY HELMETS FOR EVERYONE IN THE PARK!!!!
10 and under elbow and knee pads recommended

Kids UNDER 18 must have their parent sign the waiver. Everyone must complete all waivers to enter park. No admittance without a signed waiver.
